On Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 8:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., the ACI-SARA Safe Driving Center in Lainate (MI) will host the road safety training course \”THE KICK OF SARA SAFE FACTOR\”.
The free training opportunity, offered to students and PhD candidates of Politecnico di Milano, including those without a driving license, aims to raise awareness about road safety and promote responsible driving behaviors.
Sara Safe Factor is an educational project promoting road safety and education among young people. It was developed from the commitment to road safety of Sara Assicurazioni – ACI’s official insurance company – in collaboration with ACI Sport and Automobile Club Milano.
The morning is divided into two parts:
• a theoretical session, during which technical information on safe driving behavior, supported by videos, ACI-ISTAT accident statistics, the SARA SAFE FACTOR project and the collaboration with the Politecnico di Milano, will be presented by:

This will be followed by testimonies from multi-time champion Andrea Montermini, professional driver and driving instructor, along with Vittoria Iacopini, race engineer, and Emiliano Cantagallo, a well-known figure in Italian cycling tourism, a Sky Sport contributor, captain of the Giro-E Sara Assicurazioni team in the Giro d\’Italia, and manager of Roma Bike Park.
• a practical session in a car (or electric scooter for partecipants without a driving license), during which specific tests will be conducted with the support of qualified instructors.
The training initiative is open to all Politecnico students and PhD candidates. There are 200 places available.
A bus service, departing from the Milano-Bovisa La Masa Campus, will be provided to participants by AC Milano.
Registration is mandatory in order to partecipate in the initiative, as is the signing of the hold harmless agreement and the release forms.
